For the past 24 years I have been helping investors buy and sell their properties in the North Bay, focusing on Marin and Sonoma County apartment properties. I work with both the first time buyer and the seasoned investor who is completing a tax deferred exchange and needs to locate a replacement property.
During this process there are many investment decisions to be made, and my working knowledge of both tax law and accounting practices associated with investment properties, helps my clients make sound decisions.
